Wider Practice Team

Beyond our GPs and nurses, several other roles support your care behind the scenes.

Community Nurses

The district nurses duties include nursing services to the housebound, ill or infirm in their own homes. They work closely with the surgery doctors and can be contacted on their direct line 028 877 39025. They have an answering machine should you wish to leave a message.

Clinical Pharmacists

Our in-house clinical pharmacists can review and manage medication for long-term conditions, carry out medication reviews, and deal with many prescription queries — often more quickly than waiting for a GP appointment.

Health Care Assistants

Our health care assistants carry out tasks such as blood tests, blood pressure checks, ECGs, and new patient health checks, working closely with the nursing and GP teams.

Practice Manager

Our practice manager oversees the day-to-day running of the surgery, including staffing, services, and liaising with the wider NHS. For formal feedback or complaints, the practice manager is usually your first point of contact.
